WIBO® Isolator Systeem voor de Pharmaceutische Industrie
Weiss Technik’s WIBO® Barrier Isolator has been developed for situations where a controlled environment is necessary in order to protect a product or process from risk of contamination where a sterile / aseptic environment is required.

We offer you the required isolator as an expansion to your system. Even if you do not own a WIBO® system, this is not a problem. The WIBO® isolator is compatible with other brands. Typical areas of application are, e.g., microbiological laboratories, parenteral production systems, solid matter production systems or active substance production.
We are happy to assist you in the planning and design of the whole handling process up to the completed system.
PharmaEvent
The Pharma cabinets from weisstechnik® were specifically developed to meet the requirements of a test laboratory in pharmaceutics.
They are robustly constructed and available in four sizes: Pharma 280, Pharma 600, Pharma 1300 and Pharma 2000.
Reliable measurements are ensured by:
- The work area of the cabinets easily complies with the requirements of ICH Q1A Guideline.
- The cabinets also allow tests to be conducted with other specifications in the power range of the systems.
- The temperature and air humidity are controlled by high-precision sensors in conjunction with a specially designed controller.
PharmaEvent walk-in stability test chambers
The Weiss Technik walk-in environmental rooms allow you to perform stability tests accurately and reliably, meaning you can test products in various environmental conditions whilst adhering to the numerous testing guidelines. Out stability test chambers from weisstechnik® are designed specifically according to your requirements.
Reliable measurements are ensured by:
- Excellent mechanical strength and optimum thermal insulation thanks to PU insulation cells (CFC-free) with easy-to-clean metal plate coating on both sides
- Temperature controlling system consisting of celling evaporator with integrated electric heater and air-cooled refrigeration unit
- Lockable test space door with insulated viewing window and emergency opening device; the door frame heating system prevents condensation when operating with high humidity
- Vapour phase generators (VPG), or steam generators, sterilise damp air and
- reduce the possibility of airborne pathogens
- Microprocessor controlled control system with maintenance-free electronic temperature and humidity sensor
- Monitoring software as per GAMP-GUIDE and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
